If you're using XGS for DOS (and if you aren't, then I recommend it),
then you should be able to transfer individual files in and out using
a program called XChange.  This program is run from inside XGS, and
you can download its 2mg from the main XGS-DOS homepage at:

http://www.classicgaming.com/xgsdos
